GrillBlazer How to set up a CRM account with access to the Dealer Portal.

Introduction

The GrillBlazer Dealer Portal is designed to allow dealers to place orders for products directly into the company's Zoho CRM and Zoho Inventory systems.
This system enables dealers to order quickly available products at agreed pricing without the need for additional communication such as emails, telephone calls and traditional ordering processes.
The diagram below provides a snapshot of the workflow of how orders are placed from dealers into Zoho CRM and finally Zoho Inventory.


To facilitate easy Dealer Account creation a Zoho CRM account has been preconfigured with normal Dealer products which is called 'TEMPLATE – Dealer Portal Accounts'.
The following process details how to quickly create a dealer by utilising this template  Account.

Step 1 – within the accounts module of Zoho CRM search for 'Template - Dealer Portal Accounts' or click the following link.

Step 2 – within the Template Account click the top right ... Button and then click 'Clone'

Step 3 – Configure the account as you would for any typical dealer account ensuring that you change the 'Account Name' to reflect the dealers account details.


Step 4 – Enter the following information in the corresponding fields; 1. The Dealers requested login email (this is the email that the Dealer will use to log into the Dealer Portal) 2. Select the appropriate pricing type - (FIXED = no tiered pricing, TIERED = access to tiered pricing) 3. Select the discount type - (this applies the percentage discount detailed to all of the inventory products listed in the 'B2B Product List' 4. Click 'Save'
Step 5 – Click the refresh button of your browser To populate the B2B Product list with the products standard unit prices
After web page refresh standard unit prices shall be displayed

Step 6 – click the 'Sync Account with B2B Portal' button to create the dealer portal

A welcome email shall be sent with login details to the dealer

Step 7 – Click the 'Sync Products with B2B Portal' to synchronise the selected products with the dealer portal


A success message shall be displayed

The product selected shall be detailed in the new dealer portal ready for ordering

Processing Dealer orders

Once a dealer processes an order through the Dealer Portal orders shall be created as 'Sales Orders' within Zoho CRM.
Step 1 – navigate to the Sales Orders in the related list to view the new orders.Orders shall be processed automatically after a 3 hour delay from the creation time into Zoho Inventory

New Zoho Inventory sales order

The resulting Zoho Inventory sales order number and sales order status shall be synchronised to the corresponding Zoho CRM sales order
