Module Description

The 'Shifts' module enables HR Managers to create 'shifts' for their employees.  A 'Shift' can be time-based such as 9 AM to 5 PM or it could be resourced based such as Truck – XYZ. Shift codes can then be added to individual employee shifts with the outcome of notifying the employee of their upcoming shifts.  Shift codes work within the 'scheduler' module and are therefore an important requirement within LogixOne HR.

Module Features

  1. Create various shifts for different work types and/or resources.
  2. Assign start and stop time for each shift.
  3. Choose different colour code for each shift code.

Create Shift Codes
  1. Navigate to the Shift module with inside LogixOne HR manager.
  2. Click the '+add' button.
  3. Name the shift code.
  4. Enter the start and stop times.
  5. Select the colour code.
  6. Enter a description.
  7. Click save.
