We are very please to announce some significant changes and updates to the LogixOne Operator app for LogixOne and Zoho CRM. The changes further enhance the LogixOne Operator product and will enable even greater flexability and process improvements.
Below is a detailed description of these changes.
LogixOne Scheduler Search
- To make seraching for job events faster within LogixOne Operator we have enabled 'Mutli string search in LogixOne Scheduler enables user to enter multiple text search terms to enable faster and more accurate searching of events in LogixOne Scheduler by using ',' to enter multiple search terms. To utilise simply navigate to the LogixOne scheduler module and in the search box enter the terms you wish to search for separated by commas. LogixOne Scheduler shall then multi-search for job events that matched those terms. This is very handy if you are looking for different job events that may be indifferent suburbs or belong to different operators.
LogixOne Maps
View operator shifts status
LogixOne maps is a very efficient way for you to be able to enable geolocation of your field operations team. Embedded within the LogixOne operator application is a Start and Stop Shift buttons. It is a requirement of the operator to click 'Start Shift' before they are able to view their daily job events.
When the operator clicks 'Start Shift' this information is logged within the LogixOne platform and the operators associated icon within LogixOne maps will change to the colour GREEN. In addition when clicking the operator icon you will be able to see last known position and time of last shift update.
Filter operators based on shift status
Within LogixOne maps you can also now filter operators based on their 'Shift Status' thereby only showing for example those operators that are currently in 'Shift' all those operators that are not in 'Shift'.
LogixOne Operator Application Updates
When an operator begins a job event they are now able to 'check-in' each job event. The process of doing so both time and Geo stamps each individual job event and when the job is completed this information is returned to the invoice created. This information can be used in combination with the completion time and Geo stamp to determine the actual time to complete for each job event. We can also use this information in other Zoho CRM workflow triggers.
Job and job event Notes
Job Notes
Job notes apply to the overall job and can be updated at any time within the job module 'Description' field. When the Job 'Description field are updated 'Job' the notes in the operator app will also change for 'Un-completed' jobs.
Job Event Notes
In addition each 'Job Event' can have its own 'Job Event Notes' that are specific to each event. When the event 'Description' field is updated the Operator application event will also update.
Job Attachements
The operator application now allows for multiple attachements to be synced from the CRM Job as well as allowing for multiple Uploads from the opeartor application to the the CRM.
Job Attachements allow administration staff to add multiple attachments into the Job record withi the CRM and have these synced to the operator app for thats specific job.
