I forgot my password

In the event that you or one of your employees forgets all loses their password that enables access to the employee access Portal either via a normal Internet browser or the smart device application the simplest way to recover a password is to do a "forgot password" reset.

This can be done either via the login screen of the employee access Portal or the smart phone application as detailed below.Once the employee clicks on this link and they have a valid email address and authorised access they will be able to reset their own password.
